[ He turns his off too before flopping back on the pillow. Makkachin comes sniffing up at him and he reaches out for a headscratch without getting up. ]

Haah, any ideas what I should make Makkachin? I've always just ordered out ...

[ Makkachin sadly doesn't provide any suggestions though. Guess it's up to Viktor to figure something out. ]

[ Poor Viktor. He has a few hours, at least; the practice isn't scheduled to be over until then. ]

[ There is that. Enough time to eat something simple himself, shower, and walk Makkachin.

By the time Yuuri makes it home, he'll be welcomed by the smell of cooking coming from the kitchen. ]

[ Well. Viktor actually managed it. Kind of. ]

Viktor?

[ At least to some degree. His voice is coming from the kitchen when he replies. ]

[ Yuuri enters tentatively. ]

How'd it go?

[ The kitchen is ... an absolute mess really, but at least it's in one piece. A couple pots are on the stove bubbling and steaming away, the counters covered in the leavings of the food prep, and bits of the salad he made are still in the sink. Said salad is already on the table along with the stacked plates, bowls, and utensils.

Viktor himself is looking better, though his pallor still hints at a bad headache. He smiles when Yuuri enters the kitchen. ]

It's almost done so we'll see in a few minutes. How did practice go?

[ Yikes. He kind of hopes Viktor will live up to cleaning all those plates. He eyes the salad on the table for a moment. ]

Pretty well. Would have been better with you there, but ...

[ It's a spinach and kale salad with tomato and carrot slices for color and some green onions. Nothing fancy (some of those slices are more like chunks ...), but at least it's healthy. Viktor set out some kind of red/purple vinaigrette to go with it. Viktor turns back to the bubbling pot, stirring the contents for a moment. It smells like something with beef?? ]

Ah, it's just as well that I didn't go though, my headache still hasn't cleared up. I would have been useless for practice. I got some choreograph work done while I was waiting for this to cook though. Did the nullifiers work alright today?

[ Can't go wrong with beef. And the salad looks edible, at least. ]

No problem. Think we got the bugs worked out.
